The Federation of Business and Professional Women (Singapore) (BPW Federation (Singapore)) is the Singapore affiliate of the International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW International), one of the most influential international networks of business and professional women that has affiliates in 95 countries in five continents. Our Mission
BPW Federation (Singapore), together with its 3 chapters, support BPW International’s mission of developing the professional, leadership and business potential of women on all levels through advocacy, mentoring, networking, skill building as well as economic empowerment programs and projects around the world.

Our Aim
Through BPW Federation (Singapore) and the 3 chapters, we hope to develop the potential of our members, so that they would:
- take professional responsibility on all levels in the economy, politics and society
- think and act locally, nationally and internationally
- engage in networking, mentoring and lobbying
- enjoy life-long learning
- work with the United Nations and other international organisations
- develop multicultural friendships.
Locally, BPW Federation (Singapore) is an associate member of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation (SCWO).
